Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a “Track Order” button. Click the button to track your package directly on the courier’s website.

Changing shipping address
If your order has not been shipped yet, you can update your shipping address.

Returns policy
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we only accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
The item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
The material does not match the product description.
The product received is significantly different from the images displayed on our website.
To request a return or exchange, customers must record a video of the unboxing process and send it to [email protected] within 3 business days of receiving the package.
Please note:
Returns and exchanges will only be processed if the video clearly shows the issue.
Items must be unused and in their original condition.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons unrelated to quality issues, such as change of mind.
