How do I receive my pattern after purchase?
Right after you complete your purchase, you'll be able to download your pattern in two ways:
- A download link pops up on the Thank You page as soon as your payment goes through.
- You'll also get an email with the download link — be sure to check your inbox (and maybe your spam or junk folder, just in case).
Lost the email? No worries! Look up your order using your email or phone number on our Order Lookup page.
Is this a digital download or a physical product?
This is a digital PDF download — no physical item gets shipped. You'll get the file instantly after checkout, so you can start stitching the same day. 🧶
The PDF works on phones, tablets, computers, and prints beautifully if you prefer a paper copy.
Can I see a sample before buying?
Yes! Right next to the "Add to Cart" button, there's a "View Sample" button that gives you a peek at the layout, photo quality, and how the instructions are written — so you can shop with full confidence.
What skill level is this pattern for?
Each product page lists the recommended skill level. Most of my patterns are beginner to intermediate — if you're comfortable with basic stitches (chain, single crochet, slip stitch, magic ring, increase/decrease), you'll be just fine.
Trickier construction details are always explained step-by-step with clear photos.
What language are the patterns in?
Right now, all patterns are in English using US crochet terms. I'm working on more language options in the future!

Can I sell items I make from this pattern?
Yes! You're welcome to sell finished, handmade products made from my patterns — at markets, on Etsy, in your own shop, anywhere.
The only thing I ask is that you give credit to mincrochets.com as the original designer. The pattern PDF itself is for personal use only — please don't share, resell, or redistribute the file.
What's your refund policy?
Because all patterns are digital downloads, I generally cannot accept returns or exchanges once the file has been delivered.
That said, if there's a technical issue or an error in the pattern, please contact me within 7 days of purchase at support@mincrochets.com. I'll work with you to fix it — refunds are reviewed individually on a case-by-case basis.
